Albert’s Land Design, Inc. is owned and operated by Steven J. Alberts.

Steve Graduated in 1989 from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a bachelor’s degree in environmental and public health. Upon graduation Steve began working for various state and local health departments as a registered public health sanatarian. Part of his job duties included soil testing, plan reviews, and inspecting septic installments for code compliance. After a few years of working in and learning about the septic industry, Steve started his own company.

Founded in 1992, Albert’s Land Design, Inc. started out as a septic system design service for homeowners, builders, and septic contractors. Over the years, by word of mouth, and one septic plan at a time, the business grew into what it is today. A company that provides septic system design, installation, and service.

Steve has personally designed and permitted thousands of septic systems and obtained over twenty-five years of experience working in the septic industry.
